For this project I have to create a UX Trend report on three UX trends in 2025. From week 7 I already know that the biggest trend is AI which can cover different topics such as if it can take designer jobs and how designers can use AI.

Another trend which I noted down in week 7 which some others did was VR/AR, motion and voice controls. This is something I think will massively impact the UX industry with so many new or updated products releasing, with some failing and some succeeding.

These two were clear trends for me which were backed up by the class activity in week 7 which I had to think of one more trend.

At first I in week 7 I planned to cover accessibility but I mentioned how I seen it more of a requirement rather than a ‘trend’ to follow.

Using the resources provided I read on typography as a trend which it mentioned ‘Big and bold’ being a trend which continues to grow.

With trends set from in class and doing some research I started writing my trend report which this was the project breif:

1. Introduction & context (approx. 80-100 words)
2. Identification of what you think are key trends (200 words)
3. Implications for Designers (inc. references) (400 words)
4. Conclusion / key takeaways (80-100 words)
