This was the first lecture for my final project
For this task I got to work in a group which we needed to choose a topic of the zeitguist list opposite to explore a product, service or system that may address the issue, or part of the issue.
After some talking we landed on ‘inflation’ which we then created a mind map and linked ‘inflation’ to other topics on the Zeitguist.
Note my ideas are on the orange sticky notes.
We then created a online mindmap which my content is light blue.
Idea summary: ‘This project explores a simpler redundancy support journey for UK employees. Current help exists across services like GOV.UK, Acas, Citizens Advice, and MoneyHelper, but the experience can feel fragmented and overwhelming during a stressful time. The concept focuses on a guided, stage-based feature that helps users understand where they are in the redundancy process, what rights they may have, and what steps to take next. The aim is to reduce confusion, improve clarity, and make support feel more actionable and user-centred.’
I was a bit confused with this idea but I went along with it and still contributed my ideas etc to the board.
Then we came up with a different idea after feedback from our lecturer.
