In today's class we looked at No Code Tools, which we looked at what ‘No Code’ is, how to use it and practiced using it.

What are ‘No Code tools’?

No Code tools are applications or online platforms which enable designers to create apps and websites without knowing how to code. To me this sounds like it would be quite handy which I thought it sounded ‘too good to be true’ and I thought it would be something designers could easily take advantage of.

Advantages of using NO Code tools include:

• It is accessible to non technical users allowing more people to have the ability to build websites.
• Can convert Figma designs to HTML code
• It can allow for faster development using platforms pre build components.

Disadvantages of using NO Code tools include:

• Limited customization options
• Platform lock in and cost
• It can have a bad effect on code performance.
