In this weeks lecture I completed a task with my group which involved Assumption mapping, behaviour change and critical assumptions. For this task I will be deciding on a format which included a paper prototype and Storyboard.
I did think this task was too soon as my group did not have a problem statement yet, which our meeting with Richard and Turnaround Project members was after this lecture at 2pm. However we did contact our mentor sooner which he just took a while to get back otherwise we could have been better prepared for this task. So we had to make something up to go along with for this task, which I thought it went pretty well.
Getting into groups the first task we had to complete was mapping out ‘user or users’ ‘who exactly will be interacting with this?’ But before we could really start the task we first had to come up with a idea to base our work on for this task. We agreed that it would be something healthcare related which we then noted down the users which was ‘Prisoners’, ‘Ex-Convicts’, ‘Social Workers/Healthcare’ and ‘Prison Staff’.

Then we noted ‘why will they be interacting with this?’

Next was ‘When, where and how often will they interact with this.
Prisoners: In Prison, when sick they can check in.
Ex Convicts: When they’re leaving they will interact with the service and collect essential items and fill out questionnaire
Social workers/healthcare: Dedicated workers from 10-5 who deal with prisoner requests and help prisoners being released.
Prison Staff: They will provide extra security and help with navigation
